Es Director de la Escuela de Especializaci\u00f3n Profesional en Econom\u00eda Social, Cooperativas y Otras Organizaciones de Participaci\u00f3n \u2013 EESCOOP- (antes de Estudios Cooperativos) de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y Co-Director de la C\u00e1tedra en Cooperativismo y Econom\u00eda Social UCM-FECOMA. Su trayectoria acad\u00e9mica se ha centrado en las finanzas de las organizaciones de participaci\u00f3n, las sociedades laborales, el trabajo aut\u00f3nomo y el emprendimiento social, asumiendo la Direcci\u00f3n de las C\u00e1tedras UCM de Empresa Individual y Trabajo Aut\u00f3nomo y de Emprendimiento Social, as\u00ed como de la Oficina Complutense del Emprendedor. Forma parte del Consejo de Fomento de la Econom\u00eda Social del Ministerio de Trabajo y Econom\u00eda Social en calidad de Experto y ha sido galardonado con el Premio a la Excelencia de la Econom\u00eda Social de Madrid en el a\u00f1o 2017. Es representante de la UCM en el equipo promotor de la C\u00e1tedra UNESCO de Econom\u00eda Social y Solidaria.
