ONLINE DIRECTORY OF SOCIAL ECONOMY RESEARCHERS OF CIRIEC-SPAIN

Share:

The CIRIEC-Spain Online Directory of Researchers has already completed two years, during which it has successfully collected data from over 600 Social Economy researchers from Spain and numerous other countries. The Directory reveals a strong and established scientific community, composed of men and women whose focus is Cooperativism and the Social Economy. They publish in the most prestigious international journals, continuously transfer knowledge to the sector and public administrations, and develop cutting-edge research projects at both national and international levels.

CIRIEC-Spain has aimed to periodically update a Directory to make research more visible, facilitate contact among researchers, and promote the formation of working teams in various fields of the Social Economy. The first CIRIEC-Spain Directory dates back to 1994.

The current Directory is the first to be published online. It leverages information and communication technologies, allowing the document to be dynamic and open. The Directory is hosted on an independent digital platform connected to the CIRIEC-Spain website, enabling continuous updates by the researchers themselves, who can access and modify their profiles through a personal key.

Researchers not yet included in the Directory have the opportunity to join by submitting their admission request through this brief form. The minimum requirements to be part of the CIRIEC-Spain Directory of Researchers are to be a doctoral candidate, to have published an article in a peer-reviewed journal, or to have participated in the preparation of a scientific report or study. Once the request is accepted, the researcher will be provided with a key to access the system and complete their profile.

Similarly, CIRIEC-Spain invites researchers already in the Directory to visit it periodically and keep their profiles updated, using the provided keys.
